Letter "B" Butterflies

Today we made letter "B" butterflies! I just went and found a B coloring sheet that I liked, cut out two wings and let them decorate! While they were decorating they were also drawing things that started with "B". I wrote their ideas around the edges.

Hello all! I cannot wait to make a new newsletter! I am getting ready to graduate this December with my K-8 Bachelor's and I am starting student teaching in the fall.... ahh! Needless to say, I have been so busy I don't even have time to think! New newsletter coming this weekend I promise! :)

In the meantime, I decided I would share a fun activity idea for this awesome weather! Sidewalk paint! 1 part cornstarch, 1 part water... done. We mixed in the cool neon food coloring instead of regular, too! The best part is that this stuff washes off even better than chalk. I am not a big chalk fan and hate the feeling it leaves on my hands so I LOVE this stuff!
